By using CyrusX ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

CyrusX tools are provided for lawful, professional, and educational use. You agree not to:

• — Use the Service to target systems or networks you do not own or have explicit authorization to test
• — Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits
• — Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• — Resell or redistribute access to CyrusX tools without permission

3. Authorized Use of Security Tools

CyrusX provides security and network intelligence tools including domain scanning, port exposure analysis, IP reputation lookups, and related diagnostics. These tools are intended solely for use on systems and domains you own or have received explicit written authorization to test.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have authorization to scan or analyze any domain, IP address, or system using CyrusX tools.

CyrusX provides informational security insights only. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and ensuring proper authorization before analyzing any domain, IP address, or system using CyrusX tools.

CyrusX does not condone or support unauthorized scanning, probing, or misuse of any system. Any use of CyrusX tools against systems without authorization may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), the Computer Misuse Act, or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction. Such use is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uptime. Some tools rely on third-party APIs and may be temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tool results (IP lookups, DNS records, SSL data, etc.) are sourced from third-party APIs and may not always be accurate or up to date. Do not rely solely on CyrusX results for critical decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyrusX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
